Direct Personnel is an Australian owned and operated labour hire company founded in Queensland in 1995. We specialise in flexible staffing solutions across all industries.

Our mission is simple: To select the best people for organisations, protect our workforce and clients from harm, and respect our country and community.

At Direct Personnel, we’re not afraid of getting our boots dirty. We love being involved with the people and businesses that build our nation’s critical infrastructure, keep our lights on, sort our waste and transport our goods.

Our passion for and experience across various industries has helped us develop a deep understanding of how to support complex businesses that don’t operate 9 to 5.

We specialise in agribusiness through our Direct Agri arm, and professional services through Direct Professional.

Direct Personnel has a highly qualified team of senior recruitment consultants, account managers and safety managers with extensive experience sourcing and placing the right people in the right jobs. These consultants and managers possess contemporary skills in recruitment and staffing selection, safety and staff management and are driven to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Supporting the work of these consultants and managers is a team of professionals skilled in information technology, administration support, payroll, industrial relations, quality assurance and business development.
