Becky Boyd

Account Executive at Direct Services

Becky Boyd has over 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Becky began their career in 1987 as a Manager at Alexander Proudfoot, where they installed customized management operating systems and trained client management teams. In 1995, they joined Renaissance Cruises as Manager of Hotel Operations and Manager of Newbuild Operations, where they developed and maintained hotel and guest services standard policies and procedures, and organized affinity, promotional and press group onboard events across the fleet. In 2002, they joined Direct Services as an Account Executive, where they managed several key accounts in the cruise and travel industry, developed and managed clients' marketing databases, and was involved in all aspects of clients' marketing strategies. Later in 2002, they joined Resort Communications as Supervisor of Member Services, where they managed a call-center of inbound account services reps, resolved member issues, and prepared and distributed weekly guest arrivals manifests.

Becky Boyd attended Western Illinois University from 1984 to 1986.
