Colton Hinkle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process improvement and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Direct Wire since December 2024, Colton has previously held multiple positions at Arconic from April 2017 to December 2024, including Staff Engineer, Sr. Process Engineer, and Process Engineer. Prior to that, Colton worked at ArcelorMittal from June 2013 to December 2024, holding roles such as Process Engineer and Melter Foreman. Colton began their career as an Engineering Intern at Martin Sprocket & Gear from May 2012 to August 2013. Colton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2014.
