Derek Kinzer is an experienced operational leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations and VP of Product & Technology at Direct2Care, where the organization focuses on providing affordable, concierge-level medical care to underserved populations. Prior roles include Technical Consultant at AGK RESTAURANTS (McDonald's), Strategy Consultant at Journeyage, and Head of Strategy at Lone Fir Creative, where Derek emphasized personalized solutions and growth strategies across various sectors. As a co-founder of Kinzer Collective, a collaboration of entrepreneurs and creatives, and through positions in marketing and housing development, Derek has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategy, digital marketing, and training innovation. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Taylor University.
