Leonel Barradas has a strong background in various leadership roles. Leonel is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Casual Hype since June 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the COO of HI4AI Human Intelligence for Artificial Intelligence from October 2019. In this role, they managed high-volume projects, provided data processing and consulting services using cutting-edge technology for AI and machine learning projects.

Before HI4AI, Leonel served as the Co-Owner and CEO of Directa Group since November 2004. Leonel was responsible for meeting sales and P&L goals, designing commercial strategy, managing operations related to customer service, and establishing contact center operations in Ecuador and Argentina.

Earlier, Leonel was the Co-Founder and Director of TuSeguro.com, a web portal for insurance policy quotation and comparison, starting from November 2013. Leonel supported the conceptualization, development, and strategic planning of the operation.

Starting their career at Alcatel-Lucent in July 1998, Leonel held various roles, including Lucent Worldwide Services Manager and Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed services sales, operations and maintenance contracts, project management, and installation services for major telecom companies in Venezuela. Leonel also served as an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for maintaining the CDMA cellular network and managing a team of engineers.

Overall, Leonel Barradas has extensive experience in operations management, project management, and leadership roles in the technology and telecom sectors.

Leonel Barradas completed a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration and Finance from IESA in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in 1998.
