Additionally, Roberto co-founded multiple companies, including NGBPO, Directa Group, and TuSeguro.com, which showcase a strong focus on call center services, marketing, and insurance brokerage. With a commitment to supporting startups, Roberto also co-founded Blue Ocean Hub, specializing in investment and marketing in Latin America. An experienced director at TrenDemon and former director at servicefriend, acquired by Facebook, Roberto is recognized for driving innovation and efficiency in content marketing and customer engagement. Educationally, Roberto holds an MBA from IESA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, supplemented by a degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
