Mike Hartz

Mike Hartz is an Application Security Consultant with nearly two years of experience in enhancing the security posture of web applications, APIs, and cloud-based services. Currently at DirectDefense, Mike executes security reviews, conducts organization-wide security policy evaluations, and interfaces directly with clients to tailor engagements to their needs. Mike's prior roles included positions at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, where they coordinated events, and they have also contributed to the application security field through thought leadership on new testing methods. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.
