Directed Action, Inc. supports C-level executives on their most critical projects. We partner with our clients to enable, support and achieve strategic transformation. We work best as enablers and guides, supplementing client teams. We provide direction and leadership to navigate challenges in a changing organization.

Directed Action is a woman-owned business.

All of our consultants leverage our comprehensive values to deliver on results.

Our Approach

Strategy
We establish clarity of purpose and an in-depth understanding of the environment. Our consultants then develop a strategy that clearly defines tangible and intangible success criteria. Once in place, we refine the strategy to a set of tactical objectives that reflect specific activities required to realize the strategy. We gain a comprehensive understanding of the groups and individuals that are impacted before we develop a communications and change management plan that addresses the requirements of each stakeholder group in support of the strategy.

Execution
Complex and highly sensitive initiatives require strict adherence to a critical path. Our approach to project execution relies on close monitoring of activities along the critical path and active identification of issues and risks that may negatively impact outcomes.

Sustainable Solutions
Due to their nature, strategic transformations require an ongoing commitment to success once they have been initiated. To that end, we develop a program that closely monitors success and reinforces key objectives.
