Arshia Dar has a diverse and extensive work experience in various fields. Arshia started their career as an intern at Creativa India, where they managed the social media accounts of different clients. At The Times of India, they worked as an intern in the response department, analyzing customer response and strategizing innovative ways to attract more readers. Arshia then joined AIESEC Mumbai, where they held two roles. As a team member in the corporate relations department, they pitched the Global Internship Program to companies, searched for suitable candidates, and managed the entire onboarding process for interns. In their role as a team member in the global community development program, they contributed to the program's development. Arshia later worked as a marketing intern at HCL Infosystems Ltd, conducting market studies and gaining an understanding of customer behavior. Arshia further enhanced their marketing skills as a marketing associate at Directi. Most recently, they were a management trainee at SK Group. Overall, Arshia has gained valuable experience in marketing, customer relations, and project management throughout their career.
Arshia Dar attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1996 to 2010. Arshia then went on to study at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2010 to 2013, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management.
