Euan Goodman

Head of Customer Success at DirectID

Euan Goodman has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 with G4S as a Project Manager for a US based mission, delivering democracy programs to the Iraqi Government. Euan then moved to Page Group Ltd in the same year, where they were the General Manager in Afghanistan. In 2010, they co-founded Melmasti Group, a multinational telecommunications business in both Afghanistan and UAE, and was responsible for the sales and operational side of the business. In 2013, they became the Managing Director of British Standard by Plain English, where they were instrumental in changing the way they viewed digital marketing and launching a new e-commerce platform. In 2015, they were the Managing Director of Kobod and Grey Ginger, where they developed route to market strategies and established two international distribution agreements. In 2017, they were the Sales Director of Bellrock Property & Facilities Management, where they developed sales strategies and processes. That same year, they were the Global Head of Performance at iamYiam, a six month consultant role where they lead and managed the corporate sales pipeline. In 2018, they became the Sales Manager at Stryker, where they supported healthcare professionals and NHS national procurement. In 2020, they became the Sales Manager at DePuy Synthes, and in 2021 they became the Head of Customer Success and Partnerships at DirectID, where they provide global credit risk insights that leverage real-time bank data.

Euan Goodman has a diverse educational background. Euan began their studies in 1992 at Merchiston Castle School. In 2001, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to study Leadership and Management. In 2004, they attended the University of Westminster to study Pashtun and German at the Defence School of Languages. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the Chippendale School of Furniture to study Furniture Manufacture and Design, Cabinetmaking and Millwork. In 2018, they enrolled in the Digital Marketing Institute, where they are currently pursuing an MSc in Digital Marketing.
