Philea Chim

Philea Chim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Philea began their career as a Senior Policy Analyst at HM Revenue & Customs in 2016 and later transitioned to become a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in 2018. In 2019, Philea joined QBN Capital as a Senior Vice President, where they focus on investments in Fintech and Deeptech companies and provides post-investment business support. Philea has also held multiple positions as a Non Executive Director, including at DirectID, Wrisk, ReSec Technologies, Applied Blockchain, Navenio Ltd, and AMPLYFI.
