Robert Knight

Robert Knight has held a variety of roles in the technology and product development space since 2002. Robert began their career as a Software Engineer at Audix Broadcast, where they were responsible for software and systems design, development, deployment, and commissioning. In 2005, they joined Ericsson as a Customisation and Integration Engineer, where they were responsible for updating the reference design software to customer needs. In 2007, they moved to ST-Ericsson as a Software Object Leader, where they were the direct software interface to the customer and was responsible for delivery of software and handling customer questions. In 2010, they joined HTC as the Director of Product and Engineering, where they were responsible for Go To Market Planning of all products. Robert then became the Head of Product Delivery and Engineering for Europe, followed by the Head of Technical Services and Engineering for EMEA and Head of Channel Commercialisation and Engineering. In 2018, they moved to GeoSLAM Ltd as the Development Director and Chief Product Officer. In 2019, they joined Experian as the Solution Development & Data Management Director, EMEA, and in 2021 they joined Gilmond as the Head Of Development. In 2022, they became the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) at DirectID.

Robert Knight attended the University of Leicester from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic and Software Engineering.
