Will Maciver has worked in various customer success roles since 2015. Will began their career as a Product Support Specialist for Brightpearl in 2015. In 2017, they took a gap year for travelling. In 2019, they joined Halo Service Solutions as a Customer Success Manager EMEA, and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA and then Head of Customer Success EMEA. In 2022, they joined DirectID as a Customer Success Manager.

Will Maciver attended the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with International Development. In 2013, they completed a Semester Abroad at Hong Kong Baptist University, where they studied East Asian Studies. Will then spent the following year abroad at the University of Newcastle, Australia, where they studied Political Science and Government. Prior to their studies at the University of Leeds, Will Maciver attended King Edward VI Bury St Edmunds from 2006 to 2011.
