Paul Bridgewater is a seasoned Recruitment, Talent & Tech Advisor, Coach, and go-to-market specialist with over 20 years of leadership experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational corporations. Currently, Paul serves as a Senior Consultant at Directioneering and is the Founder & Director of BridgeH2O, where they focus on enhancing organisational performance through a strategic model that integrates people, process, and technology. Paul has held several influential positions, including General Manager at Ethos BeathChapman and Head of Partnerships and Alliances at LiveHire, where they significantly contributed to revenue growth and talent management solutions. Paul is also an Advisory Board Member at GOJII and a Fractional Revenue Director at TalentTech, continually driving innovation and development in the workforce. Currently, Paul is pursuing a BA Honours degree in Marketing at Bournemouth University.
