Roy Mader

Roy Mader is the co-founder and president of SquarePegs, an internet company providing leadership and coaching to baby boomers.

Roy has a BSEE from Arizona State University and an MBA from Cal State, Fullerton.

After graduation, Roy was the Lead Dynamics Engineer at General Dynamics. Roy was responsible developing software for the guidance system of the Standard Missile Program for the US Navy.

Roy has held Senior Management positions including Director of Sales and Marketing for Philips Lighting responsible for sales, marketing, operations and manufacturing for their specialty lighting product covering North and Latin America, China and Europe.

Roy was also the National Sales Manager for multi-billion dollar world class optoelectonic manufacturing companies including ROHM Corporation and Stanley Electric both located in Japan
