Chad O'Farrell

Chad O'Farrell is the President and Co-Founder of Direct. Direct is an essential all-in-one enterprise platform for vacation rental management. The next-gen software adds tremendous value bringing every feature necessary to run a business under one roof by consolidating or replacing the functionalities altogether, enabling management companies to generate more revenue, with less effort, and ultimately at a lower cost than they can by bundling competing platforms.

Chad has over 10 years of experience in business development and sales. Prior to Direct, they were the Chief Business Development Officer at Vaystays, where they were responsible for leading the sales and business development team. Vaystays is a global marketplace and software platform for professional vacation rental management companies and travelers who share a belief in high quality customer service, standards, technology, and experiences.

Before Vaystays, Chad was the Senior Regional Sales Manager / Team Lead for Mexico/Caribbean/Latin America at Groupon Getaways. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and increasing Groupon's presence in Latin America.

Chad also has experience in word of mouth marketing from their time as Word of Mouth Marketing Manager at Widmer Brothers Brewery. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that generated word of mouth buzz for the brewery.

Chad has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Oregon.

Chad O'Farrell has a BSBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, with a double major in Real Estate & Construction Management. Chad also studied abroad at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with a primary focus on Marketing & Philosophy.
