William Friedman has a strong background in customer support and customer success. William is currently employed as the Director of Customer Support and Customer Success at Directus since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Cortical.io from October 2021 to July 2022. William also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Prevalent Inc. from June 2018 to September 2021.
