Erin Nelson is the Director of Product Design at DIRECTV, where they lead design initiatives and strategies. Previously, Erin held various positions at DIRECTV, including Sr. Lead UX Designer and UX Designer, and worked as a Lead UX Designer at AT&T from 2016 to 2021. Erin began their career as a Production Designer while freelancing and also gained experience as a Multimedia/Web Designer and Office Manager at Asylum Design. They earned an A.S. in Interactive Media Design from the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
