Geoffrey Lee is currently the AVP of Customer Care Strategy & Planning at DIRECTV, where they have also served as Senior Director of Strategy & Planning since 2021. Prior to their time at DIRECTV, Geoffrey held various leadership roles at AT&T, including Director of Workforce Management and General Manager of U-verse Sales, Service & Care. Their earlier experience includes significant positions at BellSouth, where they were Director of Sales Operations and led workforce management efforts. Geoffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Carolina State University between 1991 and 1995.
