Jon Shupenus is currently the Director of Continuous Improvement at DIRECTV, where they apply DMAIC and DMADV methodologies to enhance company culture and train others on continuous improvement practices. Jon holds two Master of Science degrees in Operations Research & Statistics and Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy. They have extensive experience in various roles, including Senior/Principal Applications Developer at AT&T and Operations Research Analyst at the USMA Operations Research Center of Excellence. Jon is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has contributed significantly to process improvement initiatives across diverse organizations.
