Kerby Beckman

Kerby Beckman is a learning professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in Leadership, Client Relationships, and Building Learning Solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Training at DIRECTV, Kerby leads training strategy and delivery for frontline employees. Previously, Kerby held several key roles at AT&T, including Director of Training for DIRECTV and Regional Associate Director of Training Delivery, where they successfully managed a team of Associate Directors and Instructors across multiple markets. Kerby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel, Merchandising, and Textiles with a Business Emphasis from Washington State University.
