Kurt Joseph is a UX Research Director currently leading the UX Research team at DIRECTV since 2022. They previously contributed as an Engineering Research Psychologist at the Federal Aviation Administration from 1996 to 2000 and held several roles at AT&T, including Senior Lead UX Researcher from 2014 to 2019. Kurt earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Experimental Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1996.
