Paul Rhilinger is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various key areas, including Benefits Design and Administration, Employee Relations, and Payroll. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Benefits at DIRECTV, they have also held roles such as Director of Vendor Excellence at AT&T and Sr. Manager of Health & Wellness at DIRECTV. Paul’s background includes work in both public and private sectors, as well as manufacturing and corporate environments, with a strong focus on strategic benefits planning and wellness strategies. They earned their education from Loyola Marymount University and completed their college preparatory education at Bishop Montgomery High School.
