Randy Carpenter

Randy Carpenter is currently the Director of Training Delivery and Performance at DIRECTV, where they focus on delivering quality training and enhancing performance. Previously, they were an Associate Director of Training Delivery at AT&T, overseeing training logistics and employee development from 2013 to 2021, and served as a Senior Training Manager at the same company from 2008 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Randy worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Best Buy from 2001 to 2007. They are pursuing a degree in History at the University of Minnesota.
