Raul Flaumenbaum

Raul Flaumenbaum is an accomplished communications analyst with extensive experience in telephony, specializing in the Avaya platform. They began their career managing data networks and phone central installations at Westphone from 1992 to 2001. Following that, Raul provided specialized support for Avaya telephony systems at BGH S.A. and worked as an analyst at Actionline/Aegis, focusing on ACD administration and VoIP implementations. Since 2012, they have been employed at DIRECTV, where they oversee the administration and launch of Avaya systems and provide technical support for call centers. Raul holds a degree in electronics from ENET N 17 Saavedra, completed in 1990.
