Rhiannon Mortensen

Rhiannon Mortensen, MBA, is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at DIRECTV, where they lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement while overseeing the implementation of strategic HR projects. Previously, Rhiannon held various roles at DIRECTV, including Human Resources Manager and Director of Employee Experience, focusing on talent management and organizational culture. They also have extensive experience in HR from their tenure at AT&T and Partners, Inc., as well as serving in the US Navy, where they contributed significantly to personnel management and employee satisfaction. Rhiannon earned their MBA from the University of Phoenix, graduating with a 3.86 GPA.
