Stacy Lieb

Stacy Lieb is a results-driven professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Culture Champion at DIRECTV. With a diverse background in analytics, marketing, and communications, Stacy has leveraged data to drive strategic decision-making and craft compelling narratives. Stacy supported a VP of Engineering and led cultural initiatives for over 1,000 employees, overseeing projects that fostered a positive work environment. Previously, Stacy held various roles at PSEG, including Program Support Manager and Business Analysis Manager, where they improved processes and financial planning through data analysis and innovative reporting. Stacy holds an MBA from Excelsior University and a BA in Communication Studies from Montclair State University.
