Tracy Shearing is a Global Program Manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Tracy held leadership roles at AT&T, where they managed the development of local billing systems and contributed to multimedia services, and later at Vodafone Global Enterprise, enhancing service delivery for enterprise clients. Currently, Tracy is a Senior Project Manager at DIRECTV, overseeing the delivery of Ad-Tech systems in support of the Quote-to-Cash process. Tracy is pursuing multiple degrees, including an MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Rochester.
