Wilmar Sanchez

Wilmar Sanchez is a seasoned professional in fraud prevention and asset protection, currently serving as the Fraud Head and Asset Protection for DIRECTV Colombia since January 2023. With a career at DIRECTV beginning in October 2014 as Senior Control Fraud, Wilmar has developed extensive expertise in fraud detection processes and alarm profiling specifically related to bypass detection. Prior to joining DIRECTV, Wilmar worked at Tigo Colombia from November 2006 to September 2014 as an Analyst in Fraud Prevention and Investigations, where responsibilities included training sales teams and various company departments on anti-fraud measures, identification of fraudulent documentation, and security protocols.
