Yoonjung Kim

Yoonjung Kim is the Senior Director of User Experience Design and Research at DIRECTV, a position held since 2021. They previously served as the Associate Director of User Experience at AT&T from 2016 to 2019 and held various roles at DIRECTV, including Lead User Interface Designer from 2008 to 2012. Yoonjung began their career as a UX Designer at Microsoft from 2005 to 2007 and worked on data visualization design at Usable Products Company. They hold a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a BFA in Multimedia from Korean National University of Arts.
