Dave Ramsden

Dave Ramsden is an accomplished leader and consultant with extensive experience in management and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Dirigo since March 2022, Dave focuses on leadership development and strategy consulting, facilitating workshops that empower emerging leaders and executive teams. Previously, as President of Trilix, Dave led initiatives to enhance client profitability and brand loyalty through tailored consulting and software development. His role as CEO at Cogent Strategies involved providing management consulting to SMB clients, while at LearnWell, Dave revitalized a national educational services organization, achieving significant revenue growth. As Chief Strategy Officer at Atrion, Dave contributed to substantial company revenue growth from $10M to $150M over 15 years by collaborating on strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading the Professional Services team at Dimension Data US, where Dave established a Project Management Office and expanded services. Dave holds an MA in English and a BA in History from Bridgewater State University.
