Tim Hebert

Tim Hebert is a seasoned entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, and thought leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Dirigo Leadership Consulting since March 2018. With over four decades of experience in driving organizational transformation and empowering individuals, Tim focuses on encouraging business leaders to embrace growth and explore new boundaries. Tim's extensive leadership roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Medicus IT and Apogee IT Services, as well as holding positions in various organizations such as Eye to Eye National and the Rhode Island Society of CPAs. Additionally, Tim has held significant positions like Chairman of the Board at Thielsch Engineering and President of the Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art, showcasing a commitment to fostering innovation and community development. Tim also received an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Rhode Island College in 2014.
