Lei Chen is a Design Director at HPI with over 15 years of international experience in architecture and interior design. Having worked in various roles such as Architect, Senior Architecture Lead, and Senior Design Manager, Chen has a proven track record in leading diverse projects, including commercial office buildings and luxury brand retail spaces. Chen’s past experience includes positions at prominent firms like Gensler, WeWork, and the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design & Research Co.,Ltd. Currently, Chen is engaged in project execution at Diriyah Gate Development Authority.
