Robert Hester is a seasoned e-commerce professional with over a decade of experience in building and scaling direct-to-consumer brands. They currently serve as the Head of Ecommerce at DIRTEA, a leading functional mushroom brand in the UK, and previously held key leadership roles at cheesegeek and Artscapy. Robert has a strong background in marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and brand management, having successfully achieved significant revenue growth and brand visibility in their past positions. They are also the founder of both Threshold Performance Club and Appreciate, a tech-for-good social platform connecting non-profits globally.
