Allison Casper

Allison Casper is an operations executive and team builder with over 20 years of leadership experience across finance, natural foods, retail, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Dirty Hands, they have transitioned from Director to lead national teams focused on delivering natural CPG brands. Previously, Allison led store teams through cultural shifts at Whole Foods Market and held various roles at Zions Bank, including Area President. They co-owned ColorFUEL/A20 Fitness from 2010 to 2013 and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Washington State University.
