Founded in 2024, Dirty Pearl Studios is an independent game studio specializing in cooperative virtual reality horror experiences. The studio's debut title, Inwigo, is a four-player VR horror-extraction game set in Thornwake Manor, where players take on the perspective of children collecting emotionally charged objects called thanifacts while evading supernatural entities. Inwigo is launching in Early Access on Meta Quest and Steam. Dirty Pearl Studios designs VR-native experiences built specifically for the headset, with an emphasis on cooperative tension, authored enemy design, and story-driven world-building. The studio brings together engineers, environment and character artists, animators, narrative designers, and audio composers across multiple disciplines and time zones.
