Josh M.

Josh M. has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Josh began their career in 1999 as the Lead Internet Help Desk Technician for Primary Network. In 2000, they moved to Mpower Communications as a Network Operations Engineer in a NOC environment. In 2001, Josh M. joined McLeod USA as a Line Repair Technician providing phone technical support for large and small businesses. Finally, in 2002 they became a Network Engineer at Dirxion, LLC, where they were responsible for the network administrator of an office located in St. Louis, MO. During their time at Dirxion, LLC, Josh M. managed a network environment with just under 300 network devices across a total of 4 locations.

Josh M. began their education in 2001, obtaining Certificates in Linux Administration and Internetworking with Routers from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Josh then went on to Saint Louis Community College, where they earned an Associates in Microcomputer Support Specialist between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Josh M. has obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in 2009, a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2008, an A+ from CompTIA in 2002, and a Network+ from CompTIA in 2002.
