Rusty Mitchener began their career in 2004 as a Consultant at Technical Associates. In 2006, they joined Dirxion, LLC as CFO and Admin.

Rusty Mitchener received their Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from the University of Richmond in 2004. Rusty then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Finance, General from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011.
