Erik Ashley

Erik Ashley has extensive experience in human resources technology and management, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. Previously, Erik held positions at Schellman as Manager of People Technology and Human Resources Analyst, and at Chapters Health System as Senior HR Business Analyst. Additional roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at Ditech Mortgage Corp and Manager of Compensation at Hudson Highland Group, Inc. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, completed between 1997 and 1999, and has prior education at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 1995 to 1997.
