Vikas Vig

Vikas Vig has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Vikas currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they held the same position at Corsearch, where they empowered legal and brand professionals with innovative solutions. Vikas also worked at Sterling Talent Solutions, starting as the CEO of Sterling India and later transitioning to EVP roles in M&A Integrations and Global Operations. In their early career, they served as the Director of Export & Materials at Hilton Organic Chemicals P. Ltd., where they implemented JIT practices and managed the company's export activities.

Vikas Vig has a diverse educational background. In 2015, they attended The Wharton School and completed the Advanced Management Program, focusing on leadership, strategy, and management. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from Ruia College of Art & Science, University of Mumbai, graduating between 1998 and 2001. Before entering college, Vikas completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from S.I.E.S. College of Arts, Science, and Commerce from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they received their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from St. Pius X High School from 1990 to 1996.
