Michelle Maybaum

Michelle Maybaum is an experienced professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the Founder and President of Desiderata HR Consulting since January 2019. In addition, Maybaum contributes as an Inclusion Works Consultant for Disability:IN since February 2020. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Consultant at HR Results from January 2020 to June 2021, and holding the position of Senior Director of Employee Relations at Qualcomm from May 2001 to December 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at XO Communications and Frazee Industries. Michelle Maybaum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Rochester.
