Claire Pearce is the Associate Chief of Staff and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies from Davidson College, where they graduated in May 2023. At Davidson, Claire was inducted into prestigious honors societies and actively participated in various leadership roles, including Resident Advisor and director of communications for the College Crisis Initiative, where they developed critical skills in team building and crisis management. Starting in September 2023, Claire will be an Organization Development and HR intern at Vulcan Materials Company in their Northeast Division, furthering their passion for organizational development. They are currently pursuing a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Learning at The George Washington University.
