Laura Roach

Laura Roach serves as the Senior Director of Patient Services and Distribution at Disc Medicine since September 2025. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Director of US Market Access Operations at Calliditas Therapeutics from June 2021 to September 2025, and before that, Laura was the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Camargo Pharmaceutical Services, where tenure extended from July 2018 to June 2021. Laura's earlier career includes multiple roles at Biologics, Inc., ranging from Senior Manager of Strategic Development & Planning to Program Manager, spanning from August 2011 to July 2018. Laura began with a foundational experience as a Finance Management Associate at Bank of America from June 2009 to July 2011. Laura Roach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009.
