Tom Hallman

Tom Hallman is a dedicated Missionary Team Leader currently serving as the Chief Development Officer and Team Leader at DiscipleMakers since 2002, where they provide biblical counseling to staff involved in fundraising. In addition to this role, they have been a Shepherding Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church of State College since 2004, collaborating with the Elder Team to guide members. Prior to these positions, Tom worked as a System Administrator at Clarion Safety Systems from 1998 to 2002, handling graphic design, database administration, and software development. Tom also actively contributes as an Open Source Developer, engaging in problem-solving and development within various projects since 2004. They earned a BS in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
