James Norton

James Norton is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in front-end development and education. Currently serving as a Technical Lead Engineer at Discogs since March 2024, James also lectures on Full Stack Development in JavaScript at the University of Washington's Professional & Continuing Education program. With a strong background as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Hearsay Systems, James implemented key front-end standards and modern features. Prior experience includes leading front-end development for an e-commerce project at Deloitte Digital and teaching HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
