Lloyd Starr is an experienced executive with a robust background in the music industry and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as COO at Discogs since May 2023 and a member of the Vinyl Alliance since January 2022, Lloyd co-founded VMP (Vinyl Media Pressing) in January 2021, focusing on audiophile-grade vinyl record manufacturing. Previous roles include President & COO and Advisor at Vinyl Me, Please from September 2017 to April 2023, and advisory positions within the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado, FaderPro, and Velocity Plus. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Vice President of Digital Services at Native Instruments and Interim Chief Technology Officer at SuiteHop.
