Richard Gleeson

Richard Gleeson has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Richard began their career in 2010 as an HR Assistant at The Markets, LLC. In 2011, they moved to Car Toys and Wireless Advocates as an HR Analyst. In 2014, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Rudy's Barbershop. In 2015, they joined Craft Brew Alliance as Manager of Talent & Culture Systems Development & Analytics and Manager of Talent & Culture. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Balanced Consulting, and is currently People Operations Manager at Discogs, supporting the People Operations team by managing, implementing, and administering Human Resources programs and policies for a global, remote workforce.

Richard Gleeson received their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Western Washington University in 2010. In 2014, they obtained a PHR certification from HRCI and in 2015 they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
