Sabrina Moss

Sabrina Moss has been in the workforce since 2009. Sabrina began their career as an Assistant Manager at Sip Wine Bar and Restaurant. In 2012, they moved to The Parish PDX to become the Manager, where they were responsible for hiring staff, scheduling, booking private events, managing the wine list, and connecting with customers and local concierges. In 2015, they were promoted to General Manager at Grüner Restaurant. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at Ruth's Chris Steak House, including Front of House Manager, Assistant General Manager and NW Sub Regional FOH Manager, and General Manager. During this time, they started a regional company based service standards coaching and testing program. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Support Generalist at G4S SECURE SOLUTIONS (IRAQ) LIMITED, where they managed and maintained all 179 union members dues and benefits. Sabrina also handled invoice collections averaging $1.6 million monthly for 35 accounts. Later that year, they took on the role of Customer Service Representative at Young's Market Company, where they maintained databases and ordering for all subcontractors for a large wine distribution company in the Portland market. In 2021, they became a Human Resources Assistant at Rivermark Community Credit Union. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Discogs, where they are responsible for full cycle recruitment and specializes in technical roles in Marketing, HR, Design, and Engineering. Sabrina has an average of 4 hires per month with a typical less than 45 days post to hire.

Sabrina Moss has a Masters degree in Legal Studies and Paralegal from The George Washington University, obtained between 2020 and 2022. Sabrina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the State University of New York College at Cortland, obtained between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, Sabrina has obtained a Level 1 & 2 International Sommelier Guild certification.
