Isabella E.

Isabella E. is a seasoned professional in People Operations with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Discord since June 2021, Isabella previously held the role of Head of People at Ubiquity6 Inc., the first HR hire at the company before its acquisition by Discord. With additional experience at Backyard, Isabella has contributed to innovative approaches in shared augmented reality and employee engagement. Prior roles at Activision Blizzard involved strategic HR partnership across various corporate functions, and earlier experience includes roles in recruitment coordination at Mattel, executive leadership at Target, and various positions within the UCLA Alumni Association. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology from UCLA and a Human Resources Management certificate from UCLA Extension.
