Jayci D. has a diverse and extensive background in program management and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Product Safety Operations at Discord since July 2023. Previously, Jayci held the title of Ops Excellence Program Manager at both Meta and Facebook, where responsibilities included driving cross-functional programs to enhance processes and improve operational readiness, successfully supporting a 6X increase in product launches annually. Prior roles include Program Manager at Adapt Austin, where Jayci identified process improvements, and Director of Operations for the Health and Wellness Conference, overseeing a large-scale event attended by thousands. As the founder of CrossFit Lafayette, Jayci established Louisiana's first CrossFit affiliate community and created a thriving dental practice with significant revenue growth. Educated at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, Jayci holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
